VICAR

Philip and his wife Judy are Australians, both born and raised in Sydney. They have four children, Jennifer, Rebecca, Bethany and David. The eldest two girls are married, and all three girls live in Sydney. David is attending senior school here in Singapore. The Sindens have served in ministry in a number of Sydney parishes, and they also served previously in the Diocese of Singapore at All Saint's Anglican Church, Jakarta, Indonesia, from 1988 to 1996.

Rev. Timothy Khoo 

Timothy and his wife Elizabeth, and their sons Joel and Jonathan, are Singaporeans. Both Timothy and Elizabeth have studied and worked in the USA previously. Timothy is concurrently the Executive Vice President of Prison Fellowship International, even as he serves as non-stipendiary Assistant Minister at St. George's. Timothy has served in ministry for almost two decades, most recently as Curate of an Anglican Parish - Light of Christ Church, from 2004-2008.
